Carob "Chocolate" Sauce

3 Cups Maple Syrup
2/3 Cup Coconut or Olive oil
3 T. Vanilla
1 cup raw carob powder
a big pinch of Sea Salt

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Store in fridge, makes about 1 quart.
