Alright just so you know I have been working really hard on Menu planning for the past 5-6 months. I have always been a rebel when it comes to menu planning (probably any planning in general) and just didn't think it was for me. But I will tell you more about that soon! I'm trying to compile it all into a e-book with a years worth of dinner menu planning and shopping lists already done for you. With links to all my recipes. It should be a great help for getting a healthy year supply of food and for me I have noticed that it has saved me a lot of time and money. I shop less so therefore I spend less but yet we seem to be eating more. (Not sure how that works! ;) But I think I may just like this planning thing. Although in the past it has been down right painful for me. Oh wait I said I would share more about that later. Anyway I'm just so excited. But I realized that before I can finish the e-book I need to have many more of my recipes posted so they can all be linked!
A lot of these I have been meaning to post for sometime now. A lot of the pictures were taken before my pro photographer Sister gave me a few lessons. So sorry Sis when I get better photos of these recipes I will change them out. In the mean time you all get the idea right and it's better then no picture at all! ;)
