Italian Salad

2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 or 2 red bell peppers chopped
4 or 5 green onions sliced
8 oz. Fresh mushrooms sliced
Celery a whole lot the whole stalk if you want not just a rib. Chopped
2 or more cups marinated sun-dried tomatoes (they sell large bottles of these at Costco)
Basil fresh or dried to taste
sea salt to taste

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. You can eat it just that way or put on a whole wheat tortilla or pita if you want to have a veggie pizza. It is outstanding either way!
